We are still going to monitor things on our side. We are not entirely sure we are 100% out of the woods yet, but we have not received any additional reports since Firehost posted that announcement on our site.
Many WP Engine clients have already provided some strong feedback regarding todays outage, and we encourage all of our clients to do the same. Like many of you, we have found many of the issues that have transpired to be unacceptable. We are taking todays incident very serious and intend to address the issue internally if the objective of preventing these type of events entirely. We will have more information on that soon. Our current focus is monitoring the sites through the weekend, and waiting for the dust to settle.
