The Customer Portal ( temporarily down.


We are having issues with preventing anyone from accessing their customer portal.  This is due to an issue on Heroku, which is a separate application that runs the customer portal.  They report:

“We’re investigating an issue with our infrastructure provider. We will post updates as soon as we have more information.”
