We have recently become aware of an issue impacting customers’ staging sites. They are returning a 500 error upon loading the page, and we are currently investigating a solution.

[UPDATE 2:55 PM CDT]: Our engineering team is rolling out a fix to resolve the issues with 500 Internal Server Errors on the subset of staging sites. You should begin to see connectivity return momentarily, but we’ll provide additional updates as they come.
