Subset of Customers Experiencing Intermittent Connectivity

We have been informed by one of our 3rd Party Datacenter Providers that a subset of sites on our platform are currently experiencing network connectivity issues. They are working as fast as possible to mitigate this and bring all sites back online. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

Update (12:17pm CST): Our Engineering Team is continuing to work with our 3rd Party Datacenter to mitigate the connectivity issues that a subset of our customers are experiencing. We will continue to update this post as information becomes available.

Update (12:55pm CST): Our Engineering Team continues to work with our 3rd Party Datacenter to restore connectivity. We will continue to update this blog as more information becomes available.

Update (2:13pm CST): The network connectivity issues have been restored for some of our customers. Our Engineering Team continues to work with our 3rd Party Datacenter to restore connectivity to those sites still impacted by this issue.

Update (4:12pm CST): The network connectivity issues have been restored for a majority of the customers impacted by today’s issue. Our Engineering Team continues to work with our 3rd Party Datacenter to restore connectivity to those sites still impacted by this issue.
