It appears that a server servicing a small minority of our clients’ file storage has gone down. System administrators were notified by our automated monitoring systems and started seeking resolution promptly. The file storage server is returning to service, however, must run disk integrity checks before active service can resume. At this time, we do not have an estimated time-to-resolution, but will provide updates with any new information we receive.
UPDATE: At approximately 6:11pm, Central time, the server in question returned to active service and we are showing the affected sites as operational. If your site is still affected, please reach out to us by opening a ticket on our helpdesk website.
