3:22 PM – Looks like everything is back up. For those of you who had your sites go down, please check your DNS settings. If you login to your WordPres Dashboard, you’ll see the “WP Engine” link on the left. Click that, and it’ll show you what DNS you *should* be pointing to.
We send out an e-mail when a customer needs to change their DNS settings. In the mean time, we proxy traffic from one server to another, until the change is made. What happened was that service had gone down momentarily.
2:53 PM – Some customers may be affected by a server-side issue right now. It should only be affecting a small amount of customers.
