[Update 7:28AM Central] A fix is being rolled out by our infrastructure provider and we’re now seeing sites regain connectivity again. We’ll continue to monitor the situation.
[Update 7:13AM Central] Our 3rd party infrastructure provider has isolated what the issue is and is currently working on rolling out a fix. We do not currently have an ETA for completion but we’ll provide further updates as more information becomes available.
[Update 6:30AM Central] At this time we’re still working with our 3rd party infrastructure provider to implement a solution to these ongoing outage issues. We’ll continue to update this blog post as new information or developments are available.
[Update 5:40AM Central] Connectivity issues for some customers appear related to a routing issue with one of our 3rd party infrastructure providers. We are now working with that provider to find a resolution.
We are currently aware of a possible DNS and/or routing issue that is causing sites to appear as unavailable. We’re still investigating the issue at this time and will update this post as new information becomes available.
