Subset of Customers Experiencing Intermittent Connectivity



One of our 3rd Party Datacenter Providers has alerted us that they are seeing intermittent connectivity on their internal networks that will result in sites failing to connect. They are diligently working on the issue and we are communicating with them. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

Update 12:58PM Central: We are seeing some sites returning to normal operation while others continue to be impacted. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.

Update 1:11PM Central: Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider has informed us and our internal monitoring has confirmed all servers are operating as expected.
