Purge CDN Cache Intermittent


Incident is resolved


We are investigating issues around the Purge Cache buttons in the User Portal and WP Engine Plugin not purging the CDN cache. If you are experiencing issues around purging the CDN cache please contact our Support team via the User Portal and we will purge the cache directly for you.

We will provide an update when one is available.


Update 3:55PM Central: We have resolved this issue and the Purge all caches button in the WP Engine Plugin in the WordPress Admin now works correctly. The User Portal button purges the page cache only and is labeled appropriately.
