[Update 5:38am CST] We’re beginning to see packet loss alerts clear for the afflicted data center along with sites coming back online. We’re continuing to monitor at this time and will update this post once we believe the issue has cleared.
We have received reports that one of our US based data centers is experiencing packet loss issues that are resulting in down sites at that data center. We’re currently working with our 3rd party data center provider to resolve the issue. We’ll update this post with more information as it becomes available.
