Update 10:00AM Central: The change made has resolved the issues and customers are no longer seeing errors.
Update 9:45AM Central: Our Engineering team has made a change to the system and we are seeing new install creation work properly. We will monitor this for the next 10 minutes before we state this is resolved.
Our Engineering teams are investigating errors when new installs are created through our User Portal. Our Copy Site tool is also affected currently and will produce errors. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
