We have been informed by one of our 3rd Party Datacenter Providers that a network switch has failed which is impacting a subset of sites on our platform. They are working as fast as possible to replace the failed switch which will bring sites back online. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
Update 10:47AM Central: Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider continues to work on replacing the affected switch, there is no ETA however they are working as fast as possible. We will provide an update when one is available.
Update 10:59AM Central: Sites are returning to normal operation, we will update once we have confirmation they are all back online.
