Update 6:35pm Central: Our 3rd party datacenter provider has informed us that the majority of servers have now been completely restored. The root cause of the issues appeared to be a DDoS attack affecting our cloud load balancers and is being mitigated by our datacenter engineers. A small amount of servers may still be experiencing issues. We will provide an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
Update 5:45pm Central: After engaging our 3rd party datacenter provider, they have informed us that there is a large scale DDoS attack that is causing the connectivity issues. They are working as fast as they can to mitigate the issue and restore full service. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
