We are having issues with my.wpengine.com preventing anyone from accessing their customer portal. This is due to an issue on Heroku, which is a separate application that runs the customer portal. They report:
“We have identified an issue with our routers that is causing errors on HTTP requests to applications. Engineers are working to resolve the issue.”
