Limited Functionality in User Portal

We are experiencing an issue that is affecting limited functionality on our system. Creating a new site, managing SFTP, managing backups and restores, and Git Push are all affected. Our Technical Operations team is working with our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider to fix the issue. We will provide an update when one is available.

10:30 PM CST Our Technical Operations team continues to work with our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider to fix the issue, there is no ETA at this time. We will provide an update when one is available.

11:30 PM CST Our Technical Operations team has identified the issue and is now working on a plan to bring the functionality back on line. We will provide an update when one is available.

1:00 AM CST Our Technical Operations team continues to work on a plan that will bring the functionality back one line. We will provide an update when one is available.

1:10 AM CST Our Technical Operations team has implemented a fix and we have confirmed with customers affected that they have regained full functionality. If you experience any other issues please contact our Support team via normal channels.
