Update 3:45pm Central: Internet connectivity has been restored, however we are seeing issues creating tickets from our User Portal as a residual of nationwide internet issues. If you have an issue creating a ticket please try again as this is sporadic.
We are experiencing internet connectivity issues in our Austin, Texas office. This may result in a delay in our Support Services, we are relocating part of our team to another location to ensure uninterrupted support.
