Update 11:34am CST: Our service provider has said that they are anticipating the service be fixed within the hour. We will continue to update you as they become available.
Update 1pm CST: Many of our Technicians have regained phone connectivity however some have not, because of this you may experience longer than average wait times. We are working with our provider to resolve all phone issues.
Update: 2:30pm CST: We have received confirmation from the vendor that this is resolved and all of our phones are working as intended.
