We have been informed by one of our Datacenter Providers that one of their Datacenters is experiencing Intermittent Connectivity impacting a subset of our customers. We are working with them to provide information so they can resolve the issue.
We will update this post as soon as one is available.
Update 3:50 PM Central: While working with our Datacenter Provider they have narrowed it down to a subset of their Datacenter and are continuing to work to resolve the issue. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.
Update 4:40 PM Central: Our Datacenter Provider has informed us they have identified the issue and are currently now working on implementing a fix. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.
Update 8:00 PM Central: This issue has been resolved by our Datacenter Provider, we have seen almost 100% uptime for the last few hours but waited to hear from our Provider before officially resolving this incident.
