Some of our customers may be experiencing intermittent connection issues. The issue is described from our datacenter as follows:
A subset of routes towards the Newark datacenter are currently experiencing periods of high packet loss. The issue appears to be upstream of our network, and we are working with our upstream provider to isolate and resolve it.

02:30 (EST): Our upstream provider has resolved the issue at this time, and our testing confirms that routes to and from the Newark datacenter no longer appear to be experiencing any issues. We’re continuing to monitor the situation to ensure this is the case; if you are still experiencing issues with routing towards the Newark facility, please let us know.
