Intermittent Connectivity Issues in One US Datacenter

Incident is resolved

Resolved 12:10am Central: We have confirmed with our 3rd Party Datacenter that there have been no further issues at this time. They will continue to monitor closely, as will we. Thank you for your patience through our continued efforts.

Update 6:20pm Central: We have seen all impact subside to our customers and we are functioning normally, our provider has not resolved the issue on their end and as such neither will we. We will provide an update if customers become impacted again or once this has been resolved.

Update 4:00pm Central: Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider has alerted us that their upstream provider is currently facing an attack in two locations and is working to mitigate. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

Update 3:00pm Central: We have continued to see normal performance for our customers and our 3rd Party Datacenter provider has now resolved the issue, as such we are also resolving this issue.

Update 11:00am Central: We are seeing performance return to normal for our customers, however our 3rd Party Datacenter provider has not resolved the issue and as such we will also not resolve this issue. We will provide an update if customers become impacted again or once this has been resolved.

Update 9:00am Central: The same Datacenter has now had it’s upstream network provider targeted by an attack which is causing downstream impact to all the network providers network routes. Our 3rd Party Datacenter provider is working with their network provider to further mitigate. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

Update – 5:45 AM CST – Our 3rd Party Datacenter is reporting this issue as resolved. If you continue to see any issues on your sites, reach out to our Support team for help.

Incident – At this time we have reports of a large scale DDoS attack on one of our 3rd Party Datacenter’s in the United States, which is causing downtime for a subset of our customers. Our Datacenter provider is currently working to mitigate the attack. As more information becomes available we will update this post.
