Update 2:10PM CST – Our 3rd party data center providers are still actively working on the issue. Some customers are beginning to report their sites being back up, however, we are still monitoring to ensure that the DDOS attack is completely contained. We still have all hands on deck, and we will update here as soon as we are confident that everything is cleared out.
Update 1:35PM CST – Our 3rd party data center providers are still actively working on the issue. Due to the magnitude of the DDOS attack, it is a huge undertaking to have it contained, and their entire networking team is working on it. Sites hosted on the Atlanta DC will continue to be intermittent, but we are in active communication with our data center providers and have all hands on deck to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. We will update here as things progress.
Update 1:10PM CST – Our 3rd party data center providers are still actively working on the issue. This incident is related to a DDOS attack on the entire data center, and the earlier solution that was applied did not completely contain the attack. We are still actively working on containing this issue with them and will update here as things progress.
Update 12:33PM CST – Our 3rd party data center providers have identified the cause of the connectivity issues in their Atlanta DC and have implemented a solution. They will be monitoring to ensure there are no residual issues. Some customers might continue to see intermittent issues while the problem clears out. We will provide another update shortly.
Incident – 10:53AM CST – Our Technical Operations team has received multiple alerts for servers down due to network connectivity, we are engaging our data center provider and will provide an update here as soon as one is available.
