UPDATE: 12:47 AM CDT: All affected network interfaces have been brought back online, but we’re still seeing a number of hosts that are in read-only mode. We’re currently working to restore all affected services.
UPDATE: 11:05 PM CDT: The networking issue at our third party datacenter looks to have been resolved at this time. However, we’re still seeing a number of hosts that are in read-only mode. We’re currently working to restore all affected services at this time and will post another update here once that has been completed.
UPDATE 10:19 PM CDT: Our third party datacenter has identified the issue and we’re working closely with them to ensure the issue gets resolved as quickly as possible. We’ll post further updates here once we have more information.
9:49 PM CDT: Our Technical Operations team has received multiple alerts for servers down in one of our US Datacenters due to network connectivity. We are engaging our data center provider and will provide an update here as soon as one is available.
