Update – 5:00 PM CT – Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue. We’ve confirmed with our 3rd party datacenter that the issue has been resolved. Connectivity has remained stable and all impacted servers are fully functional.
Update – 3:45PM CST – Connectivity appears to be restored in our 3rd party Datacenter. The issue was identified to be with the upstream provider, and they are continuing to monitor the traffic to ensure no further issues arise.
Update – 3:24PM CST – Our 3rd party Datacenter is actively investigating the issue to reach a resolution. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them.
Incident – 3:00PM CST – Our Technical Operations team has received multiple alerts for servers down in one of our US Datacenters due to network connectivity. We are engaging our data center provider and will provide an update here as soon as one is available.
