Update 4:55PM Central: All alerts have now cleared and the service appears to have returned to normal functionality. We will be working with our Infrastructure Provider to further understand the cause of the disruption.

Our Technical Operations team has been alerted to intermittent connectivity in one of the US datacenters. We are contacting our Infrastructure Provider to investigate and provide further information. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
