We are aware of a connectivity issue for users located in Spain trying to reach our User Portal or wpengine.com. This appears to be impacting customers using the “Movistar” internet service provider, who is blocking access to my.wpengine.com and wpengine.com. We are actively working to engage with Movistar to resolve this issue and will update accordingly as we have more information.
