European ISP Issues Affecting User Portal

Update 10:20am Central: We are now seeing these functions from the User Portal succeed without issue. The issue is now considered resolved. If you encounter any further issues please contact our Support Team to troubleshoot.


Our Engineering team is receiving reports of European ISP issues that are affecting the inter-continental traffic from our User Portal to servers in Europe. This could impact the ability to use the User Portal to manage SFTP users, view or create backups, and manage domains & redirects. We are investigating any traffic work arounds that may be possible, but this will likely be in the hands of our infrastructure providers for both the User Portal and customer servers. We will provide an update as soon as we have one.
