Update 10:30AM Central: We have finished deploying the fix for this issue and have tested successfully, all Backup Point operations are functioning normally.
Update 9:35AM Central: We have found the cause of the issue and coded a resolution, this is being deployed now and we will update this post once it has finished and the issue is resolved.
We are aware of an issue when attempting to download a Backup Point as a zip file. The link provided does not work and there is an error. We are currently investigating this issue and will update this post with further information as soon as we have it.
