Update 3:35PM Central: All servers have returned to full service and the issue is now resolved. If you are experiencing any issues please contact our Support Team through the User Portal. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and will be working with our infrastructure provider to understand how they will be implementing changes to mitigate this in the future.
Update 3:10PM Central: Our monitoring has confirmed all but a handful of servers have returned to full service. We will provide an update once all servers have returned to full service.
Update 3:00PM Central: Our infrastructure provider is experiencing unforeseen issues in attempting to restore service, this has delayed the return to full service for a subset of impacted servers. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
Update 2:45PM Central: We continue to see servers return to full service and our infrastructure provider believes all servers should be restored in the next 20 minutes. We will provide an update once this has occurred.
Update 2:20PM Central: We are seeing some servers return to full service, we continue to monitor and work with our infrastructure provider as they look to resolve the issue.
Our Technical Operations team has been alerted by our monitoring systems that there are a small number of servers reportedly offline. We are contacting our infrastructure provider to investigate further. This has also rendered an internal server down which could impact operations in the User Portal.
