[Update – 4:55 AM CST] Some servers are currently down and sites are resolving to a 404 page on those servers while 3rd party datacenter engineers attempt to resolve the issue at hand. [Update] The issues with our ticketing system are resolved. Ticket creation in User Portal should be normal. Our engineers have discovered an issue with our ticketing system which may make ticket creation difficult. Please call in if you need support right away or if you are unable to create a ticket.
[Update] Server activity has returned to normal and this is considered resolved. Our Technical Operations team has received multiple alerts for servers down in one of our Asian/Pacific datacenters due to network connectivity. We are engaging our datacenter provider and will provide an update here as soon as one is available.
We have been alerted to an issue with user portal not showing staging backups, our technical operations team is currently working to resolve as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as they become available.
