Our third party service provider, Heroku, is currently experiencing performance issues with their API. As a result, User Portal services will be slow and occasionally intermittent. Resolved: Currently our 3rd party chat provider is experiencing some technical issues which is causing chat to be unavailable for our customers. They are working to resolve the issue and we’ll update with more as it becomes available.
Update: 6:14 CST Our datacenter has resolved the connectivity issues and all services have been restored. We have been notified of connectivity issues in our London datacenter.
